Our
new premises in Fetcham are registered with Mole Valley: all
food staff have attained
hygiene certificates and food is delivered in refrigerated vans.
We
select our suppliers carefully, using local, free-range and organic
produce wherever possible.
Our delightful team is given ongoing training in unobtrusive yet efficient service
and presentation. This results in capable and enthusiastic staff dedicated to
making every event a success.
We have catered for many types of event from small dinners through to several
hundreds in a field. We have extensive experience in marquee events and where
necessary we’ll set up a complete “field kitchen”.
